Fresh Greens all Winter

We grow delicious greens year round in unheated high tunnels and harvest storage crops late into the fall to provide a nice assortment even through the winter months!

Low Cost Options

Members paying with SNAP (EBT) pay half price through CSA is a SNAP. We also offer solidarity shares at a reduced price. We offer flexible payment and we will never turn you away for lack of funds.

  • Winter CSA is mostly every other week (and likely weekly for parts of March / April depending on weather and growth) !

  • For $44, each pickup you’ll get about 4-5 bags or bunches of greens and 11 pounds of various storage crops.

  • The winter share is roughly half greens and half roots from storage. We have a varied lineup of about 23 winter crops!

  • You will choose from our selection, however please note that there are more limits in winter than summer for obvious reasons.

  • Half shares aren’t available at this time but you are encouraged to share with a friend or neighbor if you like.

Pickup

2025-2026 Winter CSA Pickup Dates

  • Pickup is mostly every other Saturday from 9am - 2pm starting on December 6, 2025 and ending on April 25, 2025 for a stotal of 12 shares! We have weekly pickups scheduled from 3/28 - 4/11 and will adjust others if necessary depending on weather and growth.

  • You can select to shop market-style at pickup or you can pre-order online and have a bag waiting. Pre-bag members pay an extra $1 per bag.

  • On the CSA distribution days we also have our store open full of other tasty local items like eggs, meat, dairy, fresh bread, pastries, cookies, drinks, grains, snacks, along with our homemade frozen soups, pestos, and jams which can be purchased day of.

  • If there is snow there could be a delay in the CSA start time (like a school delay) or a postponement to Sunday. In the case of snow, an email will go out to all members to confirm pickup time by Saturday at 7am.
